Do I need Microsoft Excel?
No. It works in Excel on Windows or Mac, or in free Google Sheets. For Google Sheets, upload the file to Google Drive and open it there.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes, in the Excel or Google Sheets app. Quotes are easiest on a computer or tablet. Checking jobs and copying chase texts works well on a phone.
Is it accounting software? Does it do my BAS?
No. It handles your everyday admin: quotes, invoices, jobs and costs. It shows the GST to put aside and keeps your subbie list, but your accountant or BAS agent still lodges.
I'm not registered for GST. Can I still use it?
Yes. Set GST to NO in Settings. No GST is added and your invoices are titled INVOICE.
Can I put my own logo on quotes and invoices?
Yes. Insert your logo image at the top of the quote and invoice pages. The guide shows how.
How many people can use it?
One business: you and your staff, on as many of your own devices as you like.
Is my data private?
Yes. The file lives on your computer or in your own Google Drive or OneDrive. We never see your customers or your numbers.
